Getting Started

How do I create a HappyLife Account?

Once you schedule your first booking, you’ll receive a link to create your account. Simply enter your email and create a password and from there you can view your booking and make any changes necessary.

Do you service my area?

We currently service the Collin County area and primarily in the Frisco, McKinney and Plano areas. If you aren’t sure, simply email us at info@happylifecleaning.com and we’ll be happy to let you know. You can also chat with us via our website by clicking on the green chat box on the bottom right of the screen.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

How much will it cost?

We pride ourselves on having upfront pricing so there is no estimate or guessing. Simply use the calculator on the homepage or you can also use the booking form which will show you your total for that week as well as recurring appointments.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

We bring our own cleaning supplies, you don’t need to provide anything for your home.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Simply select the extra services you’d like on the booking page. You’ll see the total change on the right hand side and then you can finalize your booking.

If you already have an account set up, simply log in and change your information there. You always have the option to be able to email or call us and we’ll make the changes for you.

How do I book my first appointment?

Simply go to http://happylifecleaning.com/booking-page. Complete your information, select your bedrooms, bathroooms and extras then submit payment. No charges are made until cleaning is completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Absolutely! We interview all our cleaners in person and they also go through a background check before being assigned to a home. We wouldn’t let anyone represent HappyLife we wouldn’t want in our own home.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Yes, all cleaners go through a criminal background check and are also interviewed in person so we can ensure every member of our team is trustworthy.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

We pride ourselves on providing a quality cleaning experience for all of our customers. However, there are times when an aspect of the cleaning doesn’t meet a customer’s standards. If that happens, simply give us a call or email within 2 days of your appointment and we will come back and make it right within the next 7 days.
