Arrival window
We will arrive within the arrival window for your booking provided that there are no unforeseen circumstances like accidents, weather, etc. If we’re running late, we’ll give you a call.
Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes before 5 p.m. the day before service.
Happiness Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your service, let us know within 2 days and we will come back to make it right within 7 business days.
A hold will be placed on your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed and you will receive an email invoice instantly. Please note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just pre-authorization.
